BONDED SANDED CORE AND FRAME ASSEMBLY
GreencorTM Agfiber is formaldehyde free and meets or exceeds ANSI LD-1 physical properties. Stiles and rails are securely bonded to the core and sanded as a complete assembly prior to the application of the face veneers. (Optional ANSI LD-2 classification available upon request.)
FACES
Architectural Hardwood Veneers (minimum 1/50" veneer before sanding), Plastic Laminate, Medium Density Overlay and Hardboard. Veneers available in a wide variety of species, cuts and assemblies. Customary veneer grading standards meet or exceeed WDMA Custom Grade.

ADHESIVES
Type 1 PVA waterproof adhesive.
FACTORY MACHINING/DETAILING
Complete range of machining capabilities and detailing available. 20-minute rated doors must be machined in accordance with Warnock Hersey International, Inc. and National Fire Protection Association Standards, (NFPA 80, latest edition). Lynden Door, Inc. recommends factory prefitting of all fire doors.
LIGHT OPENINGS
Cutout requires a 5" margin between cutout and top rail (or any mortise prep for concealed hardware in top rail), 5" margin between cutout and edge of door, 12" margin between cutout and bottom rail and minimum 3" margin between multiple lite cutouts. Concealed hardware may conflict with warranty. Call Lynden Door for more information. Expanded vision light cutouts available, call Lynden Door for more information. Maximum cutout size on 20-minute rated doors is predicated upon fire rated glazing assembly. Call Lynden Door for further information.
